This week I decided to take my weight loss journey to the next level and start meal prepping. Most of us are pretty busy during the week so meal prep is an awesome way to ensure you make healthy choices during the day. Since I am a beginner I only chose to prep my meals 3 days in advance because I didn’t want to get overwhelmed. Below is my meal plan for the next 3 days!
Chicken mushroom tomato egg omelet with 2 scoops of yogurt with fruit
Turkey burger with broccoli NO bread
Salmon and asparagus
Fruit salad, strawberries, lemon and blueberries
